Onion Baji


Onions – l large

Gram flour - 1 cup

Chilli powder - 1tsp

Salt - As reqd

Oil for frying
Cut onions horizontally to quarter inch rings. Make batter with gram flour Chilli powder ,salt and water. Dip the rings in batter and fry both sides. Drain on a paper towel.
Serve hot with tea.
(Tips:Batter should be thick just enough to coat on the Onions.)
